We will deliver food to a family a maximum of three times in six months, and offer financial assistance once in a twelve-month period.
In what kind of situations do you give financial assistance?
Rockville HELP can provide limited financial assistance for prescriptions, rent, security deposit, or mortgage; as well as utilities, and special needs as we're able. The amount provided varies by need and availability of funds.
Do you deliver meals?
No. We deliver mostly canned and packaged food. In addition we bring bread, eggs, cheese, ground beef, and butter, as available.

Most of the food comes from donations. Some comes from government surplus. We buy bread, eggs, cheese, and the other refrigerated items on a regular basis. We also purchase specific shelf-stable items as needed to supplement donations.
