Welcome to Rockville HELP
Rockville HELP is a team of volunteers on duty seven days a week to extend a listening ear, provide financial assistance, deliver emergency food, and offer clients additional referrals when needed in Rockville, Maryland. We try our best to help every Rockville resident who contacts us seeking support.
Financial (rent/utility) assistance is currently referral-only. Food assistance continues as normal, with no referral needed. |

We deliver food to your home and offer limited help with rent and utility payments and prescriptions to those in need. (In exceptional cases, we try to help with other needs as feasible.) Please call (301-564-0800) and leave a message to begin. A volunteer will call you back soon. (Please note that since our volunteers use their own phones, the call back might come from a private number or a non-local area code.) Due to limited funds, financial assistance is currently only available to those referred by a social worker. Food assistance continues as normal, with no referral needed.
VolunteerWe do not have an office or physical location other than our food room. We work from our homes, using our own phones and vehicles. Some give a few hours a month, others are on call for a week or more, but we're all committed for the long term. Please visit our Volunteer page for more information or contact us if you are interested.
